Position Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Payment Designer Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the Payments domain and bring hands-on expertise in Business Analysis High-Level Design and Stakeholder Management. You will play a critical role in understanding client requirements creating functional designs and ensuring smooth delivery of payment solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
Work with client and client assigned personnel in the resolution of functional request while providing the resolution according to agreed upon timeline.
Stay informed of application status and all dependencies that may affect applications user.
Own documents that are deliverables to end client.
The person should have very good experience with regards to reviewing and responding to client requests while working closely with internal teams to address these requests.
Work may require flexible work periods to address application and client needs.
Good communication skills to directly and independently interact with clients for gathering requirement.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Preferred Qualifications:
In-depth Payments domain knowledge with hands-on experience in both Bulk and High-value payments.
Business Analysis skills viz. Requirement Analysis Gap analysis and High-level design skills. Converting the requirements into Epics.
Design using tools like Enterprise Architect MS Visio or any other design tools.
Estimation of the epics using T-shirt sizing and/or story points.
Create/Update necessary documentation and also help client prepare user stories for implementation of various Epics.
Co-ordinate with QA team to provide 100% test coverages for the epics/user stories.
Functional Analysis and resolving service requests regarding its functionality with respect to resolving production/UAT issues.
Promptly and professionally participate in Defect triage call with client and / or gather appropriate information to timely resolve the service request.
Good experience working with distributed teams and with multiple stakeholders across Geographies.
