Job Summary:
We are seeking a systems and software engineering manager to join our Autonomy and Automation (A&A) team to lead the teams developing the core autonomy development framework used in critical on-board applications at Caterpillar. These teams develop the embedded operating systems development environments middleware common libraries and tools that support the CAT Robotics on-board application and platform divisions.
This role has accountability for people supervision for the teams output and to lead product development and continuous improvement. The selected candidate will work closely with other global CAT application and platform teams to deliver on the end-to-end solution. These high-performing teams are integral to nearly all A&A on-board platforms contributing to some of the most impactful projects at Caterpillar. We look forward to welcoming you to the team.

This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week at the Mossville IL office.
Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position.
