Job Description
A growing eCommerce business is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Buyer to manage product sourcing and vendor relations. This role is essential to driving product selection and profitability while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Responsibilities Include:
Source products and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
Forecast inventory needs and plan purchase quantities based on trends and sales data.
Monitor product performance and make data-driven purchasing decisions.
Manage relationships with domestic and international vendors.
Coordinate logistics for incoming shipments and inventory flow.
Work closely with internal departments including marketing operations and finance.
Ideal Qualifications:
2 years of experience in purchasing or buying preferably in retail or eCommerce.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with a good grasp of market trends and consumer behavior.
Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems.
Highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
