Important Details to Know:
Compensation: Range begins at $18.83 per hour dependent on show position and need.
Shift/Hours: Depending on show needs. This position does not have consistent hours and does not have a minimum amount of hours required per week.

Here is what you will get to do:
Assists in the load-in set-up running and strike and load-out of sound systems stage lighting audio/visual and theatrical equipment necessary for specific events.
Must work from oral and written instructions specific to the event.
Assists with maintenance of all theater equipment and workspaces.
Ensures safe working environment at all times.
Performs other duties as required
Here is what you will need to be successful:
1. Education: High School GED or equivalent in experience in addition to the experience line.
2. Experience: Any combination equivalent to two years experience in technical theater support.
3. Attributes:
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with staff visiting artists and general public.
Ability to read analyze and interpret common and technical journals.
Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers or members of the business community.
Ability to add subtract and calculate percentages ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
4. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. Noise level is moderate to heavy. Non-smoking work environment. This position requires the availability for a flexible schedule that includes weekdays evenings and weekends working as needed. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to walk and stand for long periods of time. Must sit and use hands to finger handle or feel see reach with hands and arms; stoop kneel crouch or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close distant and color vision. Must be agile enough to work on catwalks up to 45 feet above ground.
