- Customer Service: Greet all customers with a friendly and professional demeanor. Offer assistance or direct them to the appropriate team member as needed.
- Loading and Unloading: Accurately load customer vehicles or trailers while adhering to company safety protocols.
- Yard Maintenance: Keep all areas of the yard and barns organized and tidy maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with tracking inventory ensuring stock is properly managed and organized.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company and OSHA safety rules and regulations to maintain a secure working environment for both team members and customers.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to repeatedly lift heavy materials and operate machinery as required.
