Job Description
Job Title: Customer IT Operations Support
Location: Hybrid (1 day per week on-site in Vineland NJ)
Compensation: $17.50 $21.00 per hour
Schedule: 3040 hours per week
About the Role:
Were looking for a reliable and tech-savvy Operations Support team member to join our growing merchant services company. In this role youll be the go-to resource for our clients assisting with account updates troubleshooting payment equipment and ensuring merchants receive the support they need to run smoothly.
What Youll Do:
- Provide phone and email support to merchants regarding their accounts and payment processing systems
- Assist with account updates changes and documentation
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues with credit card terminals and point-of-sale equipment
- Track support requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with others to escalate and resolve complex issues
What Were Looking For:
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Tech-proficient able to quickly learn and navigate software and hardware systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous customer support or operations experience is a plus
