Summary: The IT Contract Administrator is responsible for managing and providing oversight of various IT department contracts to provide the airport with seamless execution of successful contracts including overseeing and evaluating contractor performance against performance standards and contract terms review of performance and acting as a liaison between internal business partners for contract specific requests related to contracts.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manages and provides oversight of various IT department contracts.
- Assists teams with purchase of technology invoicing and tracking to the budgeting process.
- Develops and maintains monthly reports and other documents such as budget spin down invoice review and payments.
- Receives invoices reviews for accuracy tracks to budget and submits for payment approval.
- Collaborates with the Purchasing department to obtain bids for projects exceeding a specified financial threshold in accordance with procurement guidelines.
- Develops and implements contract compliance tracking tools to ensure contractor services are rendered timely and to scope of work specifications.
- Ensures contractor compliance with contract required reporting (weekly monthly quarterly and annual) to IT Leadership.
- Updates current processes and prepares procedures to ensure efficiency and contract compliance in conjunction with other internal business partners.
- Prepares summary report for Purchase Order status/reconciliation on assigned contracts for submission and review by management team.
- Works with Procurement Department and prepares all required internal documentation to properly fund Purchase Orders and create Purchase Requisitions.
- Escalates contract non-compliance issues to IT Leadership and the Procurement Department with recommendation for corrective action.
- Works with Procurement Department and IT Leadership to resolve contract non-compliance issues.
- Assists with drafting scopes of service for contracts and participates in the Request for Proposal bid process.
- Builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal departmentsincluding Procurement Finance and end-user teamsto ensure effective coordination and alignment throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Participates in contract review meetings with leadership team.
- Measures contract performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Handles sensitive information documents and issues in a confidential manner.
- Maintains regular and on-time attendance.
- Supports MNAAs commitment to its culture and values including Respect Integrity Service and Excellence (RISE).
- Follows all safety regulations.

Required:
