Job Description
The Dan Wolf Automotive Group is looking for an experienced License & Title Clerk to join organization!

This full-time role works Monday through Friday 8:00AM 5:00PM and offers a competitive salary range of $43680 to $54080 per year.

You will
- Process paperwork to establish or transfer ownership of vehicle
- Process tax with Department of Revenue
- Verify funds have been collect
- Verify all information on documents are correct
- Assign titles and MSO
- Track and assign inventory
- Communicate with customers Banks and other institutions regarding title and registration
- Contact Financial institutions for title follow up on payoffs.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to motor vehicle titles and registration
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

- Stay organized and have excellent attention to detail.
- Possess strong communication skills
- Are persistent competitive and have a good work ethic
- Are computer literate and have basic math skills
- Have flexible availability
- Have experience with License and Title procedures
Are familiar with Out of State protocols
