About the Role
As an Implementation Manager on the Professional Services team you will be responsible for leading the successful implementation of Auturas Towing Management System (TMS) software for a diverse customer base including government/municipality clients and towing & recovery businesses. You will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding journey ensuring a seamless transition from sales to go-live and beyond.
This role requires a blend of technical acumen project management expertise and exceptional communication skills to drive customer success and product adoption.
