Job Description

Certified Nurse Assistant

We are seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team!

You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

Must be actively licensed in the state of California as a Nursing Assistant

CPR or BLS Certification

Physical Test and a TB Test (taken within one year)

Drivers License or State ID

6 months experience working as a CNA

Responsibilities

Handling and serving residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort

Perform activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and vitals

Coordinating schedules for residents requiring rehabilitation therapy

Receiving and escorting visitors

Providing quality Customer Service efficiently to residents families co-workers and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfaction

Medication Management

Following infection control techniques in performing patient and resident care

Observing and reporting signs and symptoms of changes in condition

Exchanging information necessary for quality patient/resident care

Prioritizing patient/resident activities based on current care needs

Maintaining all documentation as required by Federal and State regulations and Company policy Benefits
