Were on the hunt for our next Recruitment Specialist. This individual is responsible for supporting the Workforce One program by driving referrals and signups at the center. entering managing and compiling participant data in the name of understanding retention! As a customer service-oriented individual who cares about making things better the recruitment specialist champions relationship building at scale.

The Awesome Things Youll Do

  • Develop a pipeline of candidates to use the centers resources and talent pool forjob orders
  • Research potential new Community Based Organization (CBO) resources including but not limit ed to placing ads and using multi channel advertising resources
  • Find and build relationships with CBOs that assist candidates with disabilities to get qualified referrals
  • Recruit setup and conduct on/off site interviews to create build and maintain qualified candidate pools
  • Maintain and update applicant databases and keep daily logs along with creating monthly and weekly reports reflecting activity of in-bound calls candidate pools and new resources/CBOs
  • Review open/upcoming job orders and contracts and use recruitment strategies to find suitable candidates
  • Prepare a wide variety of reports including monthly account Management Reports
  • Organize job fairs targeted at different industries to fulfill pending job orders
  • Interview and pre-screen candidates to assess job readiness
  • Input services and referrals into SBS and Goodwill systems after candidates meet with account managers
  • Manage heavy client traffic flow
  • Assist with various projects as needed

Our Must Haves

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook accurate Data Entry and Typing abilities
  • Possess excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Able to work with individuals from all walks of life in a professional manner
  • Must be well organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service experience.
  • Experience working within social services or heavy customer services-based environment helpful.
  • Working knowledge with MS Word.
