Position: Executive Housekeeper
Location:Smyrna GA
Schedule:Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm (Additional hours if needed)
Compensation:$35 - $45 (DOE)
Overview:
A private family is seeking a professional and mature Executive Housekeeper to maintain their 6500-square-foot residence in top condition. The ideal candidate is calm highly organized and experienced in caring for fine homes. This role is centered on maintaining a clean tidy and welcoming environment for the family and their children (34 in the home).
Key Responsibilities:
Perform full housekeeping duties including deep cleaning dusting vacuuming and surface care
Maintain overall tidiness and organization of all areas within the home
Keep the home decluttered and orderly on a daily basis
Monitor household supplies and inform the family when restocking is needed
Identify and communicate any maintenance issues or items needing repair
Coordinate with outside laundry service as all laundry is sent out
Ensure common areas and childrens spaces remain organized and clean
Work respectfully around children and family schedules
Maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor at all times
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a housekeeper or executive housekeeper in a fine home or luxury environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a large home independently
Calm and composed disposition; able to adapt to a family environment
Excellent communication skills; responsive and proactive
Discreet trustworthy and respectful of family privacy
