A growing healthcare organization is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure data accuracy operational efficiency and regulatory compliance across departments. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills who enjoys identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
Responsibilities Include:
Monitor and ensure the accuracy of data across internal systems and reports.
Build and maintain Excel-based tools dashboards and automated workflows.
Identify investigate and resolve discrepancies in reporting and workflows.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to enhance QA protocols.
Support audit preparation and compliance efforts by maintaining accurate documentation.
Recommend and help implement process improvements to boost operational performance.
Ideal Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas pivot tables macros and automation.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience in a healthcare or highly regulated environment preferred.
