Job Details
This role is in support of Cencoras global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business.
Join our German Customs Brokerage team! You will be responsible for monitoring customs entries to ensure that strict customs procedures are adhered to and that the quality of customs entries being produced are of the quality expected from a premium operator.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
External communications with clients customs and other regulatory authorities.
Internal communications with other departments globally
Creating customs documents (e.g. EZA T1 EAD).
Validating documentation for customs clearance process
Operation / use of World Courier IT systems.

Requirements
Logistics background and previous experience in customs brokerage and ideally in freight forwarding
Experience in comparable specialty logistics is a strong plus
Good communication skills verbally & written in English and German to work in an international work environment
Self motivation and team-player mentality
Ability to keep high attention to detail also under pressure
Ideally knowledge of customs and veterinary IT infrastructure (e.g. ATLAS EZT TARIC Traces)
Dependability reliability and trustworthiness
