Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and empowering teams to thrive Were looking for aDepartment Managerto oversee our Transportation services across Fort Myers Port Charlotte and occasionally Daytona Beach.
In this role youll lead from the frontcoaching your team managing departmental finances and ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of safety compliance and customer care. If youre ready to step into a strategic leadership position with real impact we want to meet you.
What Youll Do:
- Lead & Develop: Motivate and manage a team conduct evaluations and implement development plans.
- Drive Financial Performance: Oversee budgets control costs and prepare reports that drive results.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain records oversee audits and promote safety and regulatory adherence.
- Manage Daily Operations: Handle scheduling payroll approvals and team coordination across multiple sites.
What You Bring:
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong financial acumen and operations background
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid State Drivers License
- Must pass a Level II background check and drug screen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/HRIS experience preferred
Bonus Points For:
- Transportation or Medicaid-funded service experience
- Background in healthcare home health or disability services
- PMP Six Sigma or finance/compliance certifications
Role Details:
- Primary base inFort Myers withoccasional travel to Port Charlotte & Daytona Beach
- Office & field-based responsibilities
- Flexibility requiredsome early mornings and evenings
- Regular travel between locations
- Must be comfortable with physical activity occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) and varying environments
