Job Description
AssistantPrincipal
Theassistant principal is responsible for assisting the principal in developingcaring learners through the administrative operations of the school as well asthe instructional leadership individual guidance and the school-wide facilitationof improving instructional effectiveness leading to increased studentachievement. The assistant principal is also responsible for assisting in thesupervision of staff in the school overseeing professional developmentactivities and district curricular programs working effectively with communityand parent patrons building care student activities student discipline thedevelopment of school policies and procedures to ensure compliance withDistrict State and Federal educational policies.
