Note: This hybrid position has openings in San Diego San Francisco and Los Angeles. Candidates must live near one of these offices.
Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 3 years of litigation experience. A paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program is strongly preferred.

Job Description
Our client is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their team and support defense litigation attorneys in a dynamic hybrid work environment. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting all phases of litigation from case inception through trial
- Managing legal documents discovery evidence and exhibits
- Drafting subpoenas and coordinating with records custodians
- Conducting research jury verdict analysis and background checks
- Preparing medical chronologies and Howell analyses
- Collaborating with experts clients and opposing counsel
- Organizing trial binders and demonstrative evidence
- Participating in voir dire jury selection and trial support
- Meeting a 1500-hour annual billable target
Qualifications
- 3 years of litigation experience (defense litigation preferred)
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited school (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with California Code of Civil Procedure and FRCP
- Experience with trial preparation and support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization multitasking and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with timekeeping and billing systems
