Plans instruction and assessment aligned withDistrict learner outcomes and State achievement standards. Supervisesassigned students and maintains a positive learning environment. Adaptinstruction to meet the individual learning needs of all students resulting inan increased probability of advancing their achievement. Primary professionalefforts are directed toward the development and success of their individualprofessional goals and specifically towards instructional improvement and thedevelopment of expertise in all areas of instruction. Maintain positiveinter-personal relationships with students parents staff and communitymembers.
All teachers are members of PLCs with theintention of growing professionally through teaming with colleagues and byparticipating in professional development activities and/or plan for theirlessons both collaboratively and independently. Teachers willsupportPLCs through personal involvement through contributing to theprofessional growth of others through their support of their school andDistrict culture.
