Source screen and interview candidates for a variety of roles primarily insales marketing and support teams.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Assist in managing theend-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job posting to on boarding.
Support theon boardingprocess ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers applicant data and hiring metrics.
Provide regular reports and updates to the HR Manager and other stakeholders on recruitment progress and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
13 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
High level of professionalism integrity and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for sales and marketing roles.
Prior experience in a fast-paced or growth-focused organization.
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
