The Company:

The Opportunity:

Make your mark as an early sales hire in this fast growing AI start-up within a largely untapped market!

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing high-value deals and ensuring ongoing client success!

Your focus will be on UK-based dental groups engaging business owners and C-suite executives through a multi-channel strategy. Youll drive high-value strategic accounts and manage quality inbound leads whilst working towards an uncapped commission!

As an early hire youll help shape and execute commercial strategy allowing for progression and the chance to develop and progress rapidly alongside the company!

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience working with a SaaS solution
  • Experience working with or within the dental space is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in sales within a fast-paced high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of consistently closing deals and outperforming targets.
  • Deep curiosity and the ability to quickly grasp complex products then make them understandable for clients
  • A growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement both personally and professionally.
  • Open-minded coachable and eager to develop with every bit of feedback.
  • Outstanding communicator and negotiator with exceptional relationship-building instincts.
  • A motivated team player who thrives in a fast-moving startup culture.

The Package:

  • A base salary up to 70k plus a 40k OTE. (Uncapped)
  • The opportunity to earn equity!
  • 23 Days annual leave plus your birthday off plus bank holidays.
  • Hybrid working 3 days a week in a fantastic central London office.
  • Yearly and quarterly team incentives.
