- Partner with the Team Leader and leadership peers to set quarterly production goals and action plans.
- Deliver structured coaching (1-on-1 and group) on scripts buyer/seller presentations pricing strategy contract negotiation and CRM best practices.
- Build and execute a recruitment pipeline: sourcing interviewing and onboarding agents who fit our standards and values.
- Monitor lead flow assign prospects equitably and analyze conversion data; implement adjustments to maximize close rates.
- Lead weekly sales meetings pipeline reviews and skills workshops.
- Represent JBG cultureprofessional energetic results-drivenin all internal and external interactions.
Required Experience:
