Key Responsibilities:
Analyze existing structures and design structural systems for a variety of building types.
Prepare construction drawings and technical specifications in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
Collaborate with senior engineers designers and drafting technicians throughout the design process.
Attend project coordination meetings with clients architects and contractors.
Assist in engaging with clients and developing new business relationships.
Perform engineering calculations according to design codes and project specifications.
Utilize structural design software such as TEKLA Structural Designer RAM Structural System ETABS SAFE SAP RAM Elements and RISA.
Create and review drawings submittals and structural documents.
Coordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure project deliverables meet quality and client expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; Masters degree preferred.
02 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
EIT certification preferred or in progress.
Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD is required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to take initiative and accept new responsibilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
