Lead a team of IT Field Engineering Managers
The Director oversees the Managers
The Managers oversee the IT Field Engineers
The IT Field Engineers support computers printers scanners projectors smart boards mobile devices etc.
Leadership and mentorship
Improve business processes
Ensure consistent customer service
Required
