Job Description

Provides industrial security support to ensure adherence of security procedures and requirements of the 32 CFF Part 117 National Industrial Security Program Manual (NISPOM) and ICD 705.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)

  • Utilize DISS for visits (incoming and outgoing) including badge check-in and check-out procedures *
  • Responsible for maintaining document control in accordance with security policies and procedures *
  • May be responsible for maintenance of DD Form 254s.
  • Maintains security files and/or files containing security sensitive information *
  • Responsible for the duplication and/or destruction of security sensitive information *
  • Assists with security portion of new hire orientation by conducting briefs on corporate security policies.
  • May request submit and safeguard clearance applications for new employees.
  • Monitors security procedures; ensures compliance with all aspects of the program including personnel physical and administrative security systems and procedures. *
