Your New Role
As Senior Payroll Project Analyst you will coordinate and support payroll projects within the EMEA payroll functions.
Your Role Accountabilities
Support team with adapting /developing the existing payroll process/systems to accommodate ongoing change and implement process improvement.
Coordinate and support with appropriate user testing and monitor the implementation of changes to payroll processes/ systems and changes.
Provide support as Payroll SME to wider project teams within EMEA payroll teams assisting with/recommending solutions to current and new processes.
Support the delivery of business implementation activities such as changes to process within payroll teams and managing their impact on the end-to-end process.
Work with current vendor in setting up new wage and deduction codes along with general system updates/maintenance.
Act as a project liaison with other departments.
At times you will support with monthly payroll checking reconciliation and reviews
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
3-5 years experience working in payroll functions managing mid to large multiple payrolls.
Strong organisational skills including the ability to multi-task set priorities and follow up in a timely manner.
A team player mindset to blend individual tasks / processes to achieve group objectives.
Solid knowledge of regulations and statutory requirements related to salaries taxes benefits and other payroll related matters required.
Knowledge of project planning risk management and project execution.
Desirable:
Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
Understanding and knowledge of EMEA payroll regulations.
EMEA payroll experience would be ideal.
Previous payroll system and payroll implementation experience.
Payroll certification a plus.
