The Opportunity:

Join the growing Account Management team as their Key Account Manager!

This crucial role sees you take ownership of c.100 critical client accounts driving engagement usage growth and retention!

Youll have regular engagement with some being on-site share insight and best practice and provide critical analysis helping clients understand how to get the best from the solution.

Work closely with the wider team especially sales to drive maximum value!

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior in account management customer success or client-facing roles - in healthtech ideally.
  • Prior experience working with a SaaS solution
  • Experience working with or within the dental space ios highly desirable.
  • A natural relationship-builder with fantastic communication skills.
  • Proactive and curious - keen understand the why behind every client goal challenge or decision.
  • Highly organised but adaptable with the ability to manage a large and complex portfolio of accounts.
  • Comfortable working independently and autonomously.
  • Happy to travel regularly and confident meeting clients face-to-face.
  • Commercially savvy and to balance exceptional customer experience with commercial objectives.

The Package:

  • A base salary up to 60k plus a 30k OTE.
  • The opportunity to earn equity!
  • 23 Days annual leave plus your birthday off plus bank holidays.
  • Hybrid working 3 days a week in a fantastic central London office.
