We have an exciting opportunity at nbn as Network Performance Senior Specialist reporting to Senior Manager Network Performance Delivery
A bit about your role
The Network Performance Senior Specialist plays a key role in driving operational performance process compliance and technical excellence across network workflows. This hands-on role involves managing day-to-day operations allocating tasks and ensuring timely delivery of outcomes. The specialist leads the implementation of new processes and programs engages stakeholders and provides informed recommendations with final sign-off by leadership.
Responsibilities include supporting tool development automation capability testing and quality assurance while acting as a subject matter expert and escalation point. The role also interfaces with field services control tower IT and broader nbn teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and continuous improvement in service delivery.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate for the role brings extensive experience in telecommunications operations with strong technical certifications including ITIL. They possess deep knowledge of networking principles troubleshooting and escalation management along with advanced problem-solving and process improvement capabilities. The role requires strong verbal and written communication influencing skills and the ability to lead and collaborate across teams.
Candidate should be highly organised self-motivated and capable of delivering in fast-paced evolving environments while driving process changes and stakeholder engagement.
