Reporting directly to the Head of Business Customer Delivery the Manager will lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional service to our valued commercial clients. You will be tasked with creating a high-performance culture identifying operational efficiencies and ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained.
As we drive towards the goal of achieving market-leading turn-around times this role requires proven leadership in business banking strong customer relationship management skills and a commitment to exceeding client expectations. This role can be located in Bendigo Ballarat or Geelong.
