Job Description
A thriving company is seeking an experienced and analytical Controller to oversee its financial operations and support high-level decision-making. This position is ideal for a finance professional with a deep understanding of accounting reporting and internal controls in a fast-paced business.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee all accounting operations including AP/AR payroll and financial reporting.
Manage and mentor finance team members.
Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
Monitor cash flow budgets and forecasting.
Liaise with external accountants and auditors.
Implement internal controls and financial procedures.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.
Ideal Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (CPA preferred).
5 years of experience in a financial leadership role.
Strong understanding of financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
