Job Description
Job Title: Channel Operation Specialist (Intern)
Job Location: Rome (Italy)
Main Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage internal department meetings including preparing agendas and recording meeting minutes.
- Plan and coordinate team-building activities and partner certification training tracking related budgets and expenses.
- Oversee staff time booking and claims submission in compliance with company policies ensuring timely reporting from all team members.
- Support the channel sales team with forecasting activities and deliver regular reports to management.
- Act as a liaison for partners providing support on channel program tools and implementation.
- Manage and monitor the Buy & Sell internal resource tool used by Project Managers to allocate project resources.
- Ensure department-wide compliance with cybersecurity policies as per regional and national (Italy) regulations.
- Develop a deep understanding of distribution business operations and the channel business and service processes.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Economics Finance Management Engineering or a related field graduating between January 2024 and December 2026.
- Proficiency in MS Office and back-office tools (ERP systems). Familiarity with research methods reporting techniques and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-project tasks and stakeholder needs. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Language Requirements: Good command of English and fluent in Italian.
