As a Shift Manager in our Live Studio team you will be the first level of leadership in our multi-national team. You will oversee the integrity and procedures of the studio whilst ensuring our service level delivery to all our virtual guests by holding our Game Presenters accountable to the highest standards. You will live and breathe our Leadership Brand blueprint and will be expected to actively inspire the shared Live88 Studio vision within the business.
Your day-to-day
- Lead engage and motivate the team by communicating a shared vision facilitating teamwork and fostering a positive feedback-driven environment through empathetic leadership
- Enable team success and growth by setting clear expectations providing regular training and coaching and delivering on-the-spot feedback to uphold high service standards
- Manage daily studio operations and staffing levels ensuring tables are opened based on business demand and all areas are appropriately staffed throughout the shift
- Act as a key point for issue resolution and escalation proactively communicating technical or operational challenges to relevant departments and management
- Uphold operational integrity and compliance by overseeing all table procedures(opening closing dealing) checking equipment and ensuring strict adherence to company policies
- Oversee shift administration and reporting ensuring the accurate completion of all required documentation and preparing performance reports as needed
Your background and mindset
- At least 2 years experience in a live casino studio environment & 1 year of experience in a Shift Manager role or equivalent
- Experience in a team management or seniority within the Shift Manager role vertical is considered beneficial
- Proactive problem-solver with strong decision making skills
- Effective communicator and motivated to work in a busy demanding environment
- Industry knowledge
- Positive and customer-centric attitude
