Book keeper / Office Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper / Office Manager to manage day-to-day financial and administrative operations. This role is essential to maintaining accurate financial records supporting project managers and ensuring smooth office functionality. Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Maintain general ledger and prepare financial reports
- Process payroll and track employee hours
- Monitor job costing and project budgets
- File and pay sales tax use tax and other local taxes
- Month-end and year-end close processes
- Work closely with project managers and vendors
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Support CPA with documentation during tax season
Requirements
- Proven bookkeeping experience (construction industry preferred)
- Proficiency in Construction Manager software a plus
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with job costing and construction billing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Associates degree in Accounting Finance or relevant field (preferred)
