Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned IT Business Development (Sales) Head / Manager with 15 years of experience in driving IT services sales building strategic client relationships and leading business growth initiatives. This leadership role demands a high-energy results-driven professional who can develop and execute business strategies mentor sales teams and secure new revenue streams in the competitive IT solutions landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive end-to-end IT sales and business development strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Identify target and acquire new enterprise clients for IT services solutions and consulting offerings.
- Build manage and nurture senior-level client relationships for long-term business partnerships.
- Lead contract negotiations RFP/RFI processes and proposal development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery technical and executive teams to ensure solution alignment and client satisfaction.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.
- Build lead and mentor a high-performing business development/sales team.
- Present performance reports forecasts and growth strategies to executive leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events networking platforms and strategic forums.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Information Technology or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 15 years of proven experience in IT business development and sales preferably within the IT services/solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions (cloud digital transformation consulting software development managed services etc.).
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build C-level relationships and manage long sales cycles.
- Experience working in a target-driven high-pressure environment.
- Local market experience in the US (Dallas/Texas region preferred).
