Rate Market rate

Job Description:
We are looking for a Product Manager with experience in Point of Sale (POS) systems and Payment Gateway solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle working with cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of payment-related features and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision strategy and roadmap for POS and payment gateway functionalities
- Collaborate with engineering design and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Drive product planning prioritization and execution across the development lifecycle
- Monitor industry trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities and improvements
- Ensure compliance with payment regulations and data security standards
- Track product performance and user feedback to guide future enhancements
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager preferably in fintech retail or e-commerce domain
- Good understanding of POS systems payment gateways and transaction workflows
- Familiarity with APIs payment processors and third-party integrations
- Strong problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
