Job Description
- Location: Burlington MA 01805
- Weekly Pay Rate: $1920 - $2120
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Shift: Day 7a-5:30p (4 x10 hr shifts)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40
- Provide direct nursing care in the operating room including pre-op intra-op and post-op responsibilities.
- Monitor patient vitals and surgical site conditions throughout procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons anesthesiologists and surgical techs for optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a sterile and safe surgical environment.
- Document all aspects of care accurately in the EPIC electronic medical record system.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies procedures and regulatory standards.
- Active Massachusetts RN License required.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Experience with Epic EMR (Electronic Medical Record).
- Robotic and neuro surgery experience.
- Scrubbing experience preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical judgment communication and problem-solving skills.
