Requirement description : SCHEDULE ACCOMMODATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED (10/12HR).
- 5years extensive acute care clinical experience
- Ability to mix compounds REQUIRED
- Doctoral of Pharmacy (Pharm D) required
- Completion of ASHP accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency in Oncology is STRONGLY preferred.
- Board Certification Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) Certification is required is STRONGLY preferred
- Must demonstrate the ability to work independently without direct supervision within established policy.
- Applicant must be capable of supervising the work of support personnel.
- Specialty Pharmacy medication management
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
- Perm address must be included in traveler profile for this need
- ANY/ALL RTO must be included in profile
- Pharmacy and hospital computer systems
- Alaris Smart Pump
- Pharmacy automated medication dispensing systems
- Vertical and horizontal laminar air flow hoods
- Ancillary IV room equipment and programs; infusion pumps Dose Edge Simplify797
- Ancillary equipment necessary for performing day-to-day tasks (syringe needle graduate calculator)

Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
