Job Description
Role Description: Microsoft Identity Manager(MIM) Specialist
Its a MIGRATION MIM EXP ROLE and not MIM specialist alone
Grade: B2 (6-7 yrs exp)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify & analyze MIM workflows Synchronization policy rules (Management Policy Rules).
Synchronization Service (FIM/MIM) extensively worked on the Metaverse extension code
Deep understanding of synchronization rules & Troubleshoot MIM synchronization issues and ensure data integrity across connected systems.
Collaborate with security infrastructure and application teams to define and enforce identity governance policies.
Develop technical documentation including architecture diagrams configuration guides and operational procedures.
Support migration from MIM to other platforms.
Experience on migrating from MIM synchronization service to other modern identity platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3 4 years of experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (FIM/MIM).
2 3 years of work experience with Python & Apache Airflow components
Deep understanding of identity lifecycle role-based access control (RBAC) and user provisioning.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory Azure AD LDAP and Microsoft ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with MIM components: Sync Engine.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and workflow automation.
Experience with connected systems and connectors (e.g. SQL SAP Azure AD).
Familiarity with IAM and security frameworks (e.g. Zero Trust).
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience migrating from MIM to provisioning or other modern identity platforms.
Exposure to RSA SailPoint Okta Ping or other IAM tools.
Microsoft certifications (e.g. SC-300 AZ-104 MS-500) are a plus.
Experience with hybrid identity environments and cloud security.
