Job Description

Provide the analysis design development and support of applications on the IBM iSeries platform.

Utilize Rocket Legasuite (Rocket Modern Experience) for GUI modernization and user interface enhancements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Perform system integration testing implementation and support activities.

Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior developers.

Work with QA and business teams to ensure applications meet performance and quality expectations.

8 years of experience in application development on IBM iSeries (AS/400) platforms.

Strong experience with Rocket Legasuite / Rocket Modern Experience.

Proficiency in RPG IV / ILE CL DDS and DB2 for i.
-
Experience in application modernization and GUI enhancement projects.
-
Familiarity with healthcare domain or Utilization Management is a plus.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with onsite/offshore teams.
