Business Analyst (Data & Visualization)

About the Role

Were seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Project Power BI and data visualization to support the Colo Program. This role is highly data-driven requiring someone who can clean analyze and transform complex project schedules into actionable insights for leadership. Youll play a critical role in developing and maintaining project schedules creating visual reporting dashboards and ensuring data integrity for executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze 15 Microsoft Project plans (30k tasks) ensuring accuracy integrity and quality.
• Create custom filters macros and data automation solutions in MS Project.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports in Power BI Planview (PPM Pro) and SharePoint.
• Export link and present data using PowerPoint Visio and Excel.
• Conduct data mapping transformation and cleanup to support schedule usability and reporting.
• Provide insights and recommendations on process improvements risks and dependencies.
• Respond to ad-hoc executive requests for schedule and resource information.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure program alignment risk management and blocker resolution.
• Support onboarding of business partners into the Accelerate Cloud and Colo Program.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives automation efforts and best practice development.

Required Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Project filters macros dependency checks critical path analysis and complex schedule management.
• Power BI dashboard design DAX data modeling and custom measures.
• Excel (Power User) pivot tables advanced formulas macros automation and dynamic reporting.
• Visio process mapping and data visualization.
• Data export and integration with PowerPoint SharePoint and Planview (PPM Pro).
• Strong understanding of data-driven project management and reporting.
