Duties:
Serves as the servant leader of the Scrum team by removing impediments and helping the team remain successful and on schedule. Must have a sufficient understanding of technology to enable them to lead team members and help them overcome their development roadblocks; they must also understand business strategy and objectives and be able to ensure that development work is prioritized by business value and results align with objectives. The incumbent provides advanced professional input to complex assignments/projects. Supports and provides direction to more junior professionals. Works autonomously only requiring expert level technical support from others. Exercises judgment in the evaluation selection and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures. Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge and acumen to develop models and procedures and monitor trends.
Skills:
1-3 years of Scrum Master expereince is required
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies particularly Scrum and Kanban
Proven facilitation skills and the ability to ask thought-provoking questions that help a team pinpoint their challenges and solutions
Exceptional communication skills capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and bridging the gap between each
Well-versed in project management software (e.g. Jira)
