Job Description
Job Title:Program Manager

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
- Experience:
- 10 years as a Principal Technical Program Manager and/or Engineering Manager
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex engineering and automation projects
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong hands-on background in software development and test automation
- Deep understanding of engineering processes CI/CD and test pipelines
- Project & Program Management Expertise:
- Exceptional at project planning tracking and
- Strong in managing dependencies risk identification issue resolution
- Skilled in cross-functional leadership aligning with 75 teams
- Techno-Functional Leadership:
- Ability to drive end-to-end ownership across multiple complex products
- Strategic thinking with a holistic view of architecture engineering and automation
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management negotiation and influence at all levels
- Personal Traits:
- Highly energetic dedicated resilient and hard-working
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and high-pressure environments
Highly Desired Skills:
- Cloud-native development experience (AWS GCP or Azure)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies
- Proficiency in tools like Jira Confluence MS Project
- Background in consumer technology hardware/software integration projects
- Experience managing cross-geography large-scale programs
- Technical depth in DevOps automation frameworks and system design
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple end-to-end technology and automation programs with full ownership
- Partner with engineering leads to drive technical excellence and on-time delivery
- Define and maintain detailed program plans timelines and success metrics
- Ensure risk and dependency management across various workstreams
- Align leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic
- Facilitate technical design discussions reviews and planning
- Own delivery cadence with clear reporting on program health/status
- Drive a culture of accountability innovation and collaboration
