The Admin Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing various tasks related to office management communication and coordination with a focus on interacting with college students external parties and academic institutions.
Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment.
Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Manage schedules appointments and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations.
Handle incoming calls emails and other communications directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Maintain and update company databases and records.
Assist with the preparation and management of reports and documentation.
Organize meetings including scheduling preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Ensure meeting rooms are set up and equipped as needed.
Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally.
Address and resolve inquiries and issues promptly and courteously.
Communicate effectively with college students and address their administrative needs.
Liaise with external parties including academic institutions and other stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent command of English.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
