Job Description
- Design and implement end-to-end network infrastructure solutions including both High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
- Manage and support customer network infrastructure frameworks ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical network issues isolating root causes efficiently.
- Plan upgrade and optimize network hardware and software components across global and hybrid environments.
- Develop professional proposals and network design documentation for new initiatives or transitions.
- Test and validate the performance scalability and security of upgraded or newly implemented systems.
- Work closely with technology vendors to resolve technical network queries and ensure timely support.
- Oversee operational handovers ensuring smooth transition to ongoing network operations.
- 8 10 years of experience in network engineering including the design and delivery of global and hybrid data center networks.
- In-depth knowledge of LAN WLAN SDN and SD-WAN technologies.
- Hands-on expertise with tools and platforms such as Cisco Routers Cisco Switches Cisco Wireless Cisco ACI Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) Fortinet Firewalls and Infoblox DDI.
- Proven track record of managing network bandwidth security and connectivity challenges across enterprise environments.
- Experience in delivering networks aligned with SLA commitments best practices and business continuity standards.
- Demonstrate strong analytical problem-solving and design skills.
- Communicate technical solutions effectively to stakeholders and present proposals with clarity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and manage transitions from deployment to operations with precision.
- Proactively manage vendor relationships and resolve network-related escalations.
