- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics ContentSquare and Looker Studio to track user interactions and identify pain points.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with digital product teams UX designers and marketing teams to provide actionable insights that enhance the online experience.
A/B Testing Support:
- Assist in designing implementing and analysing A/B and multivariate tests to optimise website and app performance.
Data Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and organisational data governance policies including GDPR compliance.
Dashboard & Report Development:
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards that track key digital performance metrics and customer behaviours.
Requirements
Essential Skills
- Experience in digital analytics web analytics or a similar role.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and ContentSquare.
- Strong understanding of CRO methodologies A/B testing and user experience (UX) principles.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Knowledge of website performance metrics and e-commerce analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
