Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. In this entry-level position you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and enhancing our brand presence.
Salary Range: $21.00 - $30.25 per hour based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to analyze key trends and consumer insights.
- Support the creation of marketing materials including brochures presentations and social media content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to manage social media accounts and engage with followers.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns through analytics tools.
- Help organize and participate in promotional events and trade shows.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
