We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Cincinnati OH. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in marketing principles campaign development and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will help us drive brand awareness optimize marketing efforts and support our clients in reaching their target audiences more effectively.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Assist in the development of marketing materials including presentations brochures and client proposals
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution
Manage project timelines and budgets
Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all initiatives
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field
2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role
Strong analytical and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with data analysis tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus
