Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about cultivating leadership potential in themselves and others. You will play a key part in developing and executing programs that drive personal and organizational growth working closely with senior consultants and clients to support strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and implementation of leadership development programs
Conduct research on best practices in leadership and organizational effectiveness
Facilitate training sessions workshops and one-on-one coaching as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to assess talent development needs
Analyze program outcomes and provide actionable insights to leadership
Support client engagements by preparing reports presentations and recommendations
Foster a learning culture by promoting continuous development initiatives
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources Psychology or a related field
13 years of experience in leadership development organizational development or talent management
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Ability to analyze data and derive meaningful conclusions
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
High level of initiative and professionalism
Strong organizational and time management skills
