Job Description

What youll be doing:
- Developing and maintaining integrated cross-programme delivery plans
- Leading planning sessions with senior stakeholders PMOs and technology leads
- Identifying and managing critical paths interdependencies and delivery risks
- Supporting governance through milestone tracking and delivery dashboards
- Assessing change impacts and contributing to change control processes
- Embedding consistent planning standards tools and templates
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align delivery plans
- Influencing and aligning senior stakeholders across multiple business areas
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Proven experience as a Programme Planner or Master Scheduler on complex programmes (30M)
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and planning tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at senior levels
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
- Experience in regulated or financial services environments is desirable
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure service-based architecture and data management
- A proactive inclusive and solution-focused mindset
