The role

As Lending Solutions Team Leader youll drive business growth by leading a high-performing team to secure new lending opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. Youll coach and develop your team daily ensuring they thrive in a dynamic environment and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This pivotal role also supports leadership in team performance change management and strategic communication.

• Drive the team to exceed lending sales and retention targets turning enquiries into fulfilled and settled loans with outstanding results.
• Identify and refer opportunities for general insurance ensuring customers are protected through our CRC Insurance Team.
• Help customers achieve financial security by connecting them with Wealth Management for comprehensive financial reviews.
• Consistently deliver top-tier customer experiences reflected in glowing feedback and high satisfaction scores across all channels.
• Monitor team performance closely offering early feedback and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Support staff in pursuing career development goals through tailored learning and growth opportunities.
• Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to build team capability and prepare for future success.
• Stay sharp with expert knowledge across all lending products and systems while continuously driving your own professional development.
