Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish initiative scope objectives and deliverables gathering and documenting business requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Analyse and prioritise requirements ensuring traceability and alignment with business value and objectives.
- Develop and document current and future state business processes to support business transformation initiatives.
- Assist in solution design and evaluate proposed solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Contribute to iteration planning backlog refinement and progress tracking to ensure timely and effective delivery of user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to enhance communication alignment and decision-making among stakeholders.
- Identify and assess risks associated with initiatives proposing mitigation strategies.
- Support change management processes to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems or processes.
- Contribute to developing test cases and support testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
- Participate in iteration reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in project delivery and team performance.
Qualifications :
Essential Qualifications Skills and Experience
- Commercial experience in a Business Analyst role or equivalent with expertise in conducting detailed business analysis and documenting complex requirements.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies iteration planning backlog refinement and progress tracking.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different teams and functions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to propose innovative solutions and process improvements.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence SQL) and business process modelling techniques.
- Understanding of change management processes and ability to support change initiatives.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in using advanced data analytics platforms and techniques for strategic insights.
- Prior experience working in online marketplace businesses.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in Software Development/Engineering.
